At Heart Inspired Presentations, we are dedicated to assisting people worldwide to live healthier, happier, more successful lives. Although our home base is in north San Diego County, we travel in the US, England, and Australia offering our transformational workshops. Patricia J. Crane, Ph.D. earned her doctorate in social psychology from Claremont Graduate with a specialty focus on worksite wellness and stress management. She was also fortunate to meet best-selling author Louise Hay (You Can Heal Your Life), attend workshops with Louise, and then be asked to lead the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workshop that Louise developed. This developed into a worldwide training program.

Rick Nichols, is an expert on Human Potential, a writer, storyteller and international speaker. With his inspirational, warm, and humorous style Rick has captivated audiences around the world. He is a speaker of many facets, at once a storyteller, poet, and philosopher, as well as a teacher and student of life.

Patricia earned a Ph.D. in social psychology from Claremont Graduate School. Her specialty focus was worksite wellness program, in particular stress management. She has conducted numerous stress management seminars and workshops for companies, community groups, and colleges. She also discovered the principles for changing her life from books and workshops that taught her how we create our reality with our thoughts, words, and feelings. Since discovering these principles, Patricia has created a wonderful relationship, work that she loves (which includes lots of travel to other countries!), vibrant health, and financial abundance. She had the unique opportunity to study personally with best-selling author Louise Hay (You Can Heal Your Life.) Louise asked her to start leading the powerful Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workshop in 1989. Since then Patricia has led this amazing workshop across the US and in nine other countries. In 1995 she developed a Heal Your Life workshop leader training program that has been attended by over 2,000 people worldwide. Patricia and partner Rick Nichols now lead several workshops together in addition to the training: prosperity workshops, Healing Breath intensives, stress management for companies, and a generic workshop leader program. Raised by a pair of alcoholic combatants in a domestic war zone along with five siblings, Rick learned much about coping with adversity, stress management and strategic communications early in life.
